Laura Thielen has worked with folks who experience homelessness since she was 15. She has been an outreach worker, housing navigator and program manager throughout Oahu for more than 20 years. Laura is currently the Executive Director at Partners In Care which is a resource program for all service providers within the homeless system on Oahu.
